GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

The general terms and conditions of sale are intended to define the terms of sale of the products offered by Euromax, textile wholesaler. They specify in particular the characteristics of the products, the prices, the terms of payment, delivery and return. Euromax undertakes to comply with the laws in force concerning distance selling and consumer protection. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of the buyer's place of residence.
